DooverDelete your account
You can permanently delete your Doover account and everything in it from inside the app. You do not need to email us, and we will not ask you why.
In the app
- Open Doover and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. The deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.
Save anything you want to keep first. Export or save your finished prints to your Photos library before you delete — once the account is gone we cannot restore it.
What gets deleted
- Your projects and the images stored in them
- Your saved and authored effects
- Your editing history and service event data
- Your sessions and sign-in credentials
- Your account identity — the Apple account identifier or verified phone number used to sign in
Encrypted recovery copies and noncurrent media versions expire within 30 days. Product reliability events otherwise expire after 90 days. After that, nothing tied to your account remains.
What is not affected
- Photos in your own library. Anything you saved to your iPhone stays there.
- Apple subscriptions. Deleting your Doover account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the Settings app under your name → Subscriptions.
If you cannot reach the app
If you have lost access to your device or cannot sign in, email privacy@dooverapps.com from the address or phone number tied to the account and we will verify you and delete it for you.
